“ Went for dinner on 12th night,very bad experience, ordered sea food soup,which was full of thorns,when manager was asked to explain,who came in torn jeans & sports shoes says if you want to complain tell the owner &he didn't even bother to cancel the order,he was very rude & directly said talk to owner &here we don't entertain any complaints &made us pay the full bill,we've been regular customers at kwality restaurants from last 3 year's, but this was our worst experience,This was our family's last visit forever,I feel the owner should keep better well dressed &well spoken managers,not like the one they have at kharadi bypass branch.. ”
